基于表观遗传学探讨中医药防治神经系统疾病的研究

Research Prevention and Treatment of Neurological System Disorders by Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Epigenetics

应表观遗传学是神经系统疾病机制研究的前沿领域,是一种可遗传可逆的基因表达调控方式。表观遗传学的整体观、动态观与中医的整体观念、辨证论治等理论有诸多相似之处。探讨表观遗传学与神经系统疾病的作用及中医药通过表观遗传学对神经系统疾病的防治,阐述基于表观遗传学研究中医药在神经系统疾病的发生发展及防治中的作用及其应用前景。

The application of epigenetics research methods is the research frontier of mechanism research in neurological system disorders.Epigenetics is a heritable and reversible way of regulating gene expression.The overall view and dynamic view of epigenetics have many similarities with the overall concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditonal Chinese medicine（TCM）theory.In this paper,the author explores the roles,prevention and treatment of epigenetics in nervous system diseases by TCM based on epigenetics,and elaborates the roles and application prospects of prevention and treatment of the neurological system disorders with TCM based on epigenetics.
