摘要
学生应用能力、实践能力、创新能力的提高,是深化产教融合、推进人力资源供给侧结构性改革的迫切要求。应用型人才培养是实现高校教育改革的有效途径。"1+2+3"微格教学模式对提高体育教育专业学生的讲解技能、课堂组织管理技能、预防与纠错技能、综合教学能力有明显的效果,对学生的直观演示技能作用不明显。高校应加大微格教学模式和技能训练实验基地的构建,促进人才培养供给侧和社会需求侧结构要素全方位融合。
The improvement of students' application ability, practical ability and innovation ability is an urgent requirement to deepen the integration of production education and promote the structural reform of human resources supply side. The training of applied talents is an eft)ctive way to realize the education reform in colleges and universities. "1 + 2 + 3 " micro - teaching mode have obvious eft)ct on improving physical education majors' explaining skills, classroom organization and management skills, prevention and con'ection skills and comprehensive teaching ability, but has no obvious effect on students' intuitive presentation skills. It is suggested to strengthen the construction of micro - teaching model and skill training experimental base in colleges and universities, and promote the comprehensive integration of the supply side and social demand side structure elements of the talent training.
