摘要
针对某型电源车工作要求,计算车舱发电机组的散热量和整车通风量。根据计算结果对电源车通风散热结构进行设计,包括机组舱舱门、进、排风口的大小、位置、风道等。对车厢通风散热情况进行试验研究,结果表明:车厢结构和风道设计合理,在不同工况下,最高温度均未超过55℃,温度均被控制在合理范围内,满足电源车工作要求。
In view of the working requirements of a certain type of power supply vehicle,the heat dissipation and the ventilation volume of the vehicle generator set are calculated. According to the calculation results,the ventilation and heat dissipation structure of the power supply vehicle is designed,including the cabin door,the size,position and exhaust mode of the inlet and wind tunnel. The experimental study on the ventilation and heat dissipation of the vehicle shows that the design of the carriage structure and air duct is reasonable. The maximum temperature is not more than 55 C under different working conditions. The temperature is controlled in a reasonable range and meets the working requirements of the power supply vehicle.
