摘要
在对某型120 kW取力发电装置进行测试的时候,空载时柴油机出现了转速忽高忽低的悠车现象。结合柴油机的使用情况,经过试验和分析研究确认,悠车原因是由电子调速控制装置的执行器连杆机构的力矩相对柴油机油门复位弹簧的力矩较小造成的。
A 120 kW torque extraction generator was tested in our company,in which we saw unstable revolving speed( intermittently fast and slow) of the no-load diesel engine. After going through experiments and analyses in accordance with the actual conditions of the diesel engine,we understood that the unstable revolving speed was due to the fact that the torque of actuator linkage of electronic governor control is smaller than that of the diesel engine's accelerator reset spring.
