摘要
铝电解槽用氮化硅结合碳化硅砖的生产广泛地采用反应烧结法,即单质硅粉和碳化硅混合在氮气气氛下烧结而生产氮化硅,单质硅粉的加入量对氮化硅的含量以及氮化硅结合碳化硅砖抗冰晶石侵蚀性能有着重要的影响。模拟挪威SINTEF实验室抗冰晶石试验方法,研究了单质硅粉加入量对氮化硅结合碳化硅制品的抗冰晶石侵蚀性能的影响,为氮化硅结合碳化硅砖的生产和应用提供依据;结果表明,单质硅粉加入量为17%时试样的抗冰晶石侵蚀性能最佳;对氮化硅结合碳化硅抗冰晶石侵蚀机理研究表明,在有氩气保护的环境下,侵蚀机理方面主要是氟盐从气孔对砖的渗透,而F^-和Na^+的渗透力最强。
The aluminum electrolysis cell silicon nitride combined with carborundum brick production widely uses the reaction sintering process,the monatomic silicon powder and silicon carbide sintered under nitrogen atmosphere and production of silicon nitride,silicon metal powder addition amount of the content of silicon nitride and silicon nitride combined with carborundum brick cryolite erosion resistance has important influence. Cryolite resistance test method,this paper simulated the Norwegian SINTEF laboratory to study the silicon metal powder addition amount of Si_3 N_4 bonded Si C products cryolite erosion resistance,the influence of for silicon nitride provides the reference for the production and application of combined with carborundum brick; The results showed that the resistance of the sample was the best when the monatomic silicon powder was 17%. The study on the mechanism of the corrosion resistance of silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide has shown that,in the environment of argon protection. The mechanism of erosion is mainly fluorine from stomatal penetration of brick,while F^- and Na~+ have the strongest osmotic force.
