摘要
超级电容器是一种介于普通电容器和化学电池之间的储能器件,兼具两者的优点,如功率密度高、能量转换效率高、循环寿命长、可快速充放电和对环境无污染等特性。而作为超级电容器的关键部分,电极材料在很大程度上制约着其电化学性能,所以电极材料的优化一直是超级电容器研究的重点。石墨烯由于其拥有独特的二维结构和杰出的物理性质,如高导电率、比表面积大等,所以与传统的超级电容器电极材料相比,石墨烯基材料展现出了巨大的应用潜力。
Supercapacitor is a kind of energy storage device between common capacitor and chemical battery,which has the advantages of both,such as high power density,high energy conversion efficiency,long cycle life,fast charge and discharge,and pollution-free for the environment and other characteristics. As a key part of the supercapacitor,the electrode material largely restricts the electrochemical performance,so the improvement of the electrode material has been the focus of the research on the supercapacitor. Graphene has unique 2 D structure and outstanding intrinsic physical properties,such as extraordinarily high electrical,large surface area. So compared with traditional electrode materials,graphene based materials exhibit great potential for application in supercapacitors.
