摘要
分别用三苯基膦,叔胺和有机铁催化剂进行环氧树脂丙烯酸开环酯化反应,而后固定有机铁催化剂,复配其他两种催化剂的一种,调整催化剂的比例,通过反应速率和产物性能对比,复配出一种使反应产物性能较为优异的催化剂。最终确定当有机铁催化剂与叔胺以2∶1的比例复配时,反应速率较快,反应稳定性好,树脂颜料润湿性好,树脂整体性能较好。合成的树脂显浅红色,推荐用于光固化油墨配方体系中。
The ring-opening esterification reaction of epoxy resin and acrylate was promoted by triphenylphosphine,tertiary amine or organic iron catalyst,respectively. The organic iron catalyst was compounded with triphenylphosphine or tertiary amine to catalyze ring-opening esterification reaction of epoxy resin and acrylate by adjusting the ratio of the compound catalysts. When the ratio of organic iron catalyst and tertiary amine was 2∶1,the reaction was stable and fast,and the resultant resin was light red with good wettability and performance,which can be used in the light curing ink system.
