摘要
为了研究钢纤维类型及掺量对荷载作用下混凝土毛细吸水性能的影响,以0%、25%、55%、80%四种荷载水平,对三种类型钢纤维以及0.5%、1.0%、1.5%与2%四种掺量的剪切型钢纤维进行了混凝土累积吸水量和吸水率研究。结果表明:随着混凝土承受荷载增大,钢纤维降低混凝土累积吸水量和吸水率S1的作用越明显。钢纤维类型对混凝土后期累积吸水量有显著影响,端钩型钢纤维比波浪钢纤维更有利于降低混凝土累积吸水量。钢纤维掺量对相同荷载水平作用下的混凝土累积吸水量和吸水率无明显影响。
To study the influence of different steel fibers on capillary water absorption of the concrete under load,the concrete were prepared with three different steel fibers and different volume fraction of waved steel fiber at 0. 5%,1. 0%,1. 5% and 2%,respectively. The cumulative water content and sorptivity of concrete under 0%,25%,55%,80% four stress levels,respectively,were measured by capillary water absorption test. Results show that with the increase of concrete load,the effect of steel fiber on reducing the cumulative water content and sorptivity( S1) of concrete is more obvious. The impact of steel fiber on late cumulative water content of concrete is significant. Hook steel fiber is more favorable for reducing the accumulation of water absorption of concrete than waved steel fiber. Different volume fraction of steel fiber has no significant influence on the cumulative water content and sorptivity of concrete under the same load.
