一种绿色纳米银消毒剂的制备及其性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究利用黄秋葵超声水提液作为还原剂,在可见光下快速制备了纳米银溶胶。采用紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)技术对纳米银溶胶粒子进行了表征。测试了黄秋葵合成纳米银消毒剂的清洁度、稳定性和抑菌率的性能,得到该纳米银消毒剂的最优方案:黄秋葵超声水提液的浓度为3.00 g/m L,硝酸银浓度为0.02 g/mol和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(ALES)的浓度为6.00 g/m L。 The ultrasonic water extract of okra was used as a reducing agent,and nano silver sol was prepared rapidly under visible light. Nano silver sol particles were characterized by ultraviolet visible spectroscopy( UV-vis),transmission electron microscopy( TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy( HRTEM). The disinfectant cleanliness,stability and antibacterial rate performance of silver nanoparticles by okra were tested. The optimal scheme of the nano silver disinfectant concentration was as follow: okra ultrasonic water extraction was 3. 00 g/m L,the concentration of silver nitrate was 0. 02 g/mol and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate( ALES)concentration was 6. 00 g/m L.
