摘要
邻二氮菲是一种常用的氧化还原指示剂,本文主要对邻二氮菲比色法测定铁含量的条件优化进行了研究,利用优化的实验条件测定了多维铁口服溶液中的铁含量。实验采用邻二氮菲显色、盐酸羟胺还原及标准曲线法测定铁浓度,得出了最优实验条件:波长(510 nm)、显色剂用量(2 m L)、醋酸钠用量(3 m L)、显色时间(10 min)。同时,对不同试剂添加顺序进行比较研究,提高了分析检测的灵敏度。
Phenanthroline is a common oxidation-reduction indicator. An analysis method for the determination of iron content in multivitamin iron oral solution by phenanthroline colorimetry with optimized experimental conditions was studied. The method was used to measure the total iron content of the total iron by the standard curve method. The optimal experimental conditions were obtained: wavelength( 510 nm),dosage of chromogenic agent( 2 m L),dosage of sodium acetate( 3 m L) and chromogenic time( 10 min). At the same time,different reagent adding orders were discussed. The sensitivity of analysis detection was improved,and the optimum experimental conditions were obtained.
