工程预试车阶段不锈钢管道腐蚀原因及应对措施

摘要 本文结合公司在沙特地区执行的工程预试车实例,详细阐述了预试车阶段不锈钢管道发生氯离子和微生物腐蚀的原因,以及环境温度、时间和合同管理等因素对不锈钢腐蚀速率的影响。针对以上研究结果,预试车现场通过对水质监测、管道预清洁、严格控制试压和放水时间、充氮保护等科学管理措施,顺利完成了预试车阶段的各项工作,提高了公司海外项目的管理水平和综合竞争力。 Based on the example of a company’s pre-commissioning in the Saudi Arabia,the reasons for chloride ion and microbial corrosion in stainless steel pipeline during the pre-commissioning phase were elaborated,and the influence of environmental temperature,time and contract management on the corrosion rate of stainless steel was also discussed. According to the above results,pre-commissioning on-site monitoring of water quality,pipeline pre-cleaning,strictly control of the test and discharge time,nitrogen protection,scientific management measures,the work of pre-commissioning stage was successfully completed,the company’s overseas project management and comprehensive competitiveness were improved.
