摘要
主要通过一系列技术手段对国家阀门质检中心安全泄压装置试验系统进行改造,通过本次改造不仅进一步提升了系统的试验能力,而且有效的改进了个别阀门在试验过程中出现的颤振等现象,使得气流试验系统能够正常显示流量曲线。本文通过分析本次系统改造的技术路线来进一步找到一种解决阀门试验中出现颤振、频跳等问题,来分析气流试验系统的影响因素,以便在今后的其他改造和建设中得到更好应用。
The test system on the safety decompression device of The Quality INSPECTION Center was innovated through a series of techniques. Through this transformation,not only the test capability of the system was further improved,but also flutter phenomenon of individual valves in the test process were effectively improved,making the airflow test system able to display the flow curve normally. By analyzing the technical route of the system transformation,a solution to the problems of flutter and frequency was found hopping in the valve test to analyze the influencing factors of airflow test system,so as to be applied better in other transformations and constructions in the future.
