摘要
以镁碳再生料、炭素、碳化硅细粉、Al2O3微粉、黏土以及环保型液体结合剂为原料制备了矿热炉用碱性炮泥。主要研究了圆球形致密炭、石油焦炭和冶金焦炭3种炭素对炮泥性能的影响。结果表明:⑴保持相同的出锅马夏值,采用圆球形致密炭的炮泥需要最少量的液体结合剂,相同保存时间内马夏值的增大量最少,烧后炮泥的显气孔率最低,强度略高;⑵保持相同的出锅马夏值,采用多孔冶金焦炭的炮泥需要最多量的液体结合剂,相同保存时间内马夏值的增大量最明显,烧后炮泥的显气孔率最高,强度略低。
The research was about the influence of tap hole clay on properties by spheroidal compact carbon,petroleum coke and metallurgical coke,based on the magnesia based recycling material and carbon source as aggregate,Al2 O3 micro-powder,silicon carbide and clay as powder,and eco-friendly liquid as binder. The result shows that:( 1) The tap hole clay with spheroidal compact carbon as carbon source has the smallest amount of liquid binder,and keeps more stable plasticity. The sample after heating has lower apparent porosity.( 2) There was not obvious difference between samples made by metallurgical coke and petroleum coke in the addition amount of liquid binder and variation trend of plasticity index. Samples made by these two kinds of carbon source after heating possess higher apparent porosity than that made by spheroidal compact carbon as carbon source.
