This article expounded the work present situation of agricultural products quality and estimated safety system of agricultural products at present stage in Changsha city. Meanwhile, it analyzed the problems and deficiencies in the development of agricultural products quality and safety system, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the work in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for agricultural product quality safety supervision work.
