摘要
立井防爆盖是矿井通风机的重要附属装置,其作用是在井下发生瓦斯爆炸后开启以卸掉压力。由于井下冲击气流的作用,防爆盖有可能被炸飞造成二次伤害。讨论了在防爆盖上加装防甩链的必要性,对防爆盖进行了受力分析,通过计算选择了防甩链的材料和尺寸以及安装过程中应该注意的问题。
Explosion-proof cover of vertical mine shaft is one of the most important devices in coal mine. The role of it is releasing pressure when there is a gas explosion under the shaft. Because of the affect of shock wave, the explosion-proof cover can be blown far away. This paper discussed the necessity to install a sling chain on explosion-proof cover, and made stress analysis for explosion-proof cover, and on the basis of calculation, the material and size of sling chain were chosen, and problems in the installation were also pointed out.
