煤矿机械设备使用磨损是生产过程中常见的物理现象,特别是煤矿井下的机械磨损较为严重,大部分重特大型机械设备零部件之间的磨损问题非常突出。对煤矿机械的磨损特性进行了分析,找出了影响磨损的主要因素,提出了减小磨损的方法,以期为提高机械设备的寿命和效率,消除机械故障而提出参考。

The wear of coal mine machinery and equipment is a common physical phenomenon in the production process, especially the mechanical wear of the coal mine is more serious, and the wear problem between most heavy and special large mechanical equipment parts is very prominent. The wear characteristics of coal mine machinery were analyzed, the main factors that affect the wear were found out, and the methods of reducing wear were put forward in order to improve the life and efficiency of mechanical equipment and eliminate mechanical faults.
