Study on monitoring device of scraper conveyor on fully-mechanized working face

刮板输送机是综采工作面的重要运输设备,基于组态王监控,结合刮板输送机的工作特点,利用采集到的刮板输送机的相关数据,开发了一套刮板输送机监控装置,监控的主要参数包括电动机的电流、电压、转速、机身温度以及减速器的油位、油温等,通过井下试验,证明了监控装置的有效性。

The scraper conveyor is an important transportation equipment used in the production of fullymechanized mining face.Based on the monitoring of Kingview,combined with the working characteristics of the scraper conveyor,a set of scraper conveyor monitoring device is developed by using the related data of the scraper conveyor.The main parameters of the monitoring include the electric current,voltage,speed,temperature of the fuselage as well as the parameters of the oil level and oil temperature of the reducer.Through the test in underground mine,the effectiveness of the monitoring device has been proved.
