矿物掺合料对管片蒸养混凝土强度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本文主要研究矿物掺合料种类、掺量及复掺比例等配合比参数对地铁管片C55级混凝土的抗压强度的影响,通过研究发现随着掺合料掺量的提高,混凝土28d强度呈现先增长后下降的趋势,掺合料复合掺加混凝土力学性能好于单掺混凝土,但掺量也存在最优值;混凝土的56d龄期强度值增长率在4%~10%之间,且在复合掺合料取代40%时配合比的力学性能最好。 In this paper, the influence of the mix parameters, such as the type of mineral admixture, the content of the mineral admixture, and the proportion of the admixture, on the compressive strength of the C55 concrete in the subway segment is studied. The result of research shows that the concrete 28 d strength first increase then decrease with the increase of the admixture dosage, and the mechanical properties of concrete with composite mineral admixture are better than that of single mineral admixture concrete, but the dosage of mineral admixture is also the optimal value. The strength increase rate of concrete at 56 d age is between 4% and 10% and its mechanical properties are the best when the composite mineral admixture replaces 40%.
