摘要
现今国内对长距离大断面矩形顶管的研究相对较少,本文依托于云南某地下矩形顶管工程,探讨其顶进力计算,并与实测结果进行对比。结果表明,对于长距离大断面矩形顶管,顶管与土体之间的摩阻力计算可按照法向应力与摩擦系数进行计算;当顶进距离较小时,实测顶进力基本保持不变,且大于理论顶进力;当顶进距离较大时,实测顶进力随着顶进距离的增大而增加。
There is no comprehensive study of the long distance rectangular pipe jacking with large section. This paper based on the rectangular pipe jacking project in yunnan province researches the calculation of jacking force and compares the results with monitoring data. The results show that, for long distance rectangular pipe jacking with large section, frictional resistance between pipe jacking and soil could be calculated according to normal stress and friction coefficient. When jacking distance is short, the measured jacking force is almost invariant and biggerthan theoretical jacking force. When jacking distance is long, the measured jacking force increases with the jacking distance.
