摘要
通过对杭州市房屋安全鉴定管理行业的调查与分析,总结目前杭州市房屋安全鉴定管理存在的五个方面问题:市场竞争混乱、鉴定报告质量参差不齐、信息平台建设不完善、信用评级制度困难、管理部门权力有限等,并提出了相应的对策。
Through the investigation and analysis of building safety appraisal industry in Hangzhou, China, five problems are summarized： market competition is chaotic, quality of appraisal reports is rather spotty, information platform is not perfect, credit rating system is flawed, and power of management department is limited. In the end, the article proposes corresponding countermeasures for the above problems.
