摘要
早期镀液温度控制大多采用半自动控制系统,控制精度不高,而且在可靠性、稳定性等方面存在问题。介绍了一种基于PLC与触摸屏的镀液温度自动控制系统。该系统以PLC为核心,选用专家PID控制算法作为控制策略,通过触摸屏进行参数设置。利用该系统能实现镀液温度自动控制,满足镀液温度控制要求。
Bath temperature was controlled by semi automatic control system earlier, the control accuracy of semi automatic control system was not high and there are some problems in the aspects of reliability and stability. An automatic control system for bath temperature based on PLC and touch screen was introduced. This system take PLC as the core and expert PID control algorithm as control policy, and parameters were set up through touch screen. The automatic control of bath temperature was realized by using this system, meeting the requirements of bath temperature control.
