摘要
先采用酸活化的方式对蒙脱土进行了酸改性,再利用铁盐对酸改性蒙脱土进行了进一步改性。分别考察了原蒙脱土、酸改性蒙脱土及铁改性蒙脱土对Cu^(2+)的去除效果。同时考察了铁改性蒙脱土的投加量、溶液pH值及反应温度对Cu^(2+)去除率的影响。结果表明:改性后的蒙脱土对Cu^(2+)的去除效果优于原蒙脱土的去除效果,其中铁改性蒙脱土对Cu^(2+)的去除效果最好。当铁改性蒙脱土的投加量为0.5g、溶液pH值为5、反应温度为40℃时,Cu^(2+)的去除率最高,可以达到98.69%。
Montmorillonite was modified by acid act iron salts. The removal efficiency of Cu2+ using montmorillonite and iron modified ivation, and it was further modified with llonite, acid modified onite was investigated. Meanwhile of the dosage of iron modified montmorillonite, solution pH value and the influences temperature on the removal rate of Cu2+ were studied. Results showed that the removal efficiency of Cu2+ using modified montmorillonite was better than that of original montmorillonite, and the removal efficiency of Cu2+ using iron modified montmorillonite was best. The removal efficiency of Cu2+ was the highest and could reach 98.69% when the dosage of iron modified montmorillonite was 0.5 g, solution pH value was 5 and reaction temperature was 40 ℃.
