加味黄连温胆汤对痰热互结型代谢综合征的临床疗效观察

[目的]研究加味黄连温胆汤联合常规疗法对代谢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗以及炎症因子的影响。[方法]将48例代谢综合征患者,随机分为对照组(基础治疗)24例与治疗组(基础治疗+加味黄连温胆汤)24例,疗程为2周。治疗前后测量形体学指标;检测空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),血脂和白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)等。[结果]治疗组治疗后在身体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、FINS和HOMA-IR方面低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平明显降低(P<0.05)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组IL-6水平明显降低,IL-10水平明显增高(P<0.05)。治疗全程,治疗组及对照组均未见不良反应发生。[结论]加味黄连温胆汤联合常规治疗能更好地改善代谢综合征患者的代谢功能,且安全性良好。

[Objective] To study the effect of Jiawei Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with routine therapy on insulin resistance and inflammatory factors in patients with metabolic syndrome. [Methods] Fouty-eight patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into control group （basic treatment） 24 cases and treatment group （basic treatment plus modified Huanglian Wendan decoction） 24 cases, the course of treatment was 2 weeks. The measurement indexes before and after treatment body; fasting blood glucose （FPG） and 2 h postprandial blood glucose （2h PG）, glyeosylated hemoglobin （Hb Ale）, fasting insulin （FINS） and insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR）, blood lipid and interleukin-6 （IL-6）, interleukin-10 （IL-10） etc. [Results] After treatment, the body mass index （BMI）, waist hip ratio （WHR）, FPG, 2 h PG, Hb Ale, FINS and HOMA-IR than the control group （P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, the treatment group after treatment of triglyeeride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, Low density lipoprotein （LDL-C） levels were significantly lower （P〈0.05）, high density lipoprotein （HDL-C） levels were significantly increased （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the treatment group IL-6 significantly decreased, IL-10 level increased significantly （P〈0.05）. The treatment period, the treatment group and the control group showed no adverse reaction. [Conclusion] Jiawei Huanglian Wendan decoction Combined with conventional treatment can better improve metabolic function in patients with metabolic syndrome, and the safety is good.
