我国政府购买公共服务中新媒体多元应用策略

摘要 近年来,随着政府职能的转变,政府购买公共服务成为社会和学者关注的热点。信息技术的发展拓宽了新媒体的应用范围,新媒体在政治、经济、文化、社会以及生态等领域被广泛应用。通过梳理购买服务过程中"为什么买"、"买什么"、"怎么买"以及"买的如何"这四项的关键问题,借助新媒体在公共信息收集、数据分析、用户反馈以及实时共享方面的技术支持,增强政府购买公共服务的数据挖掘能力,提升政府购买公共服务的服务意识,培养和激发社会成员参与公共事务的意识和活力。 In recent years,with the changes of government function,the action of government contract out of public service has become the focus of society and scholars.The great advances of information technology have broadened the application of new media,which is widely used in political, economic,cultural,social and ecological fields.We comb the four key issues in the process, "why to buy", "what to Buy, "how to buy"and"how is the performance", and take advantage of the technical support of new media in public information collection,data analysis, user feedback and real-time sharing. Through the above, we are in order to enhance the Government's ability of data mining, improve the government's sense of service, cultivate and motivate our members' awareness and vitality in public affairs' participation.
