摘要 本文从网络用户角度探究参与LAM众包的意愿和影响因素,有助于明确用户的信息需求,推动LAM众包的发展和优化。从文献回顾出发,通过问卷调查在了解用户参与LAM众包的意愿和影响因素的基础上,借助SPSS软件验证、修正用户参与众包的影响因素模型。与模型维度对应,在平台管理、任务特征、发包方责任、外在满足和内在实现5个层面进一步讨论。最后从重视众包、确立优势和平衡关系3个方面进行总结。 This thesis mainly explored the willingness and influencing factors of internet users participation in LAM crowdsourcing,and it clarified the user’s information needs and promoted the development of LAM crowdsourcing. After the review of the literature,the article tries to understand the willingness and influencing factors of users participation in LAM crowdsourcing based on a questionnaire survey,SPSS software was used to verify and correct the influencing factor model.[Result/Conclusion] Corresponding to the model,it discussed the conclusion from five dimensions: platform management,task characteristics, crowdsourcers’ responsibilities, external satisfaction, and internal implementation. Finally,the paper summarized in terms of paying attention to crowdsourcing,establishing advantages and balancing relationship.
