摘要 [目的/意义]个人云存储网站影响力的有效评价对用户选择云存储服务有着重要的参考作用,为个人云存储服务提供商改善网站设计质量提供方向。[方法/过程]通过整合Web Qual 4.0模型和中国顾客满意度测评指标体系,并结合个人云存储功能特征,构建了个人云存储网站影响力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法计算各层级指标权重。选取典型个人云存储网站(百度网盘、腾讯微云、天翼网盘、115网盘)进行实证分析。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,对个人云存储网站影响力作用较大的指标主要包括:存储容量、有用性、高效分享、用户规模。百度网盘网站影响力最大,115网盘网站最小。未来个人云存储网站服务提供商应更加关注网站存储容量、有用性、高效分享及用户规模方面的提升。 [Purpose/Significance] The effective evaluation of the personal cloud storage website impact has an important reference for users to choose the cloud storage service and provides the direction for the personal cloud storage service providers to improve the quality of website design. [Method/Process] The paper established the evaluation indicator system of personal cloud storage website impact through integrating the Web Qual 4. 0 model and the China customer satisfaction evaluation indicator system,as well as combining with the personal cloud storage function features,and calculated the weight of each evaluation indicator by applying AHP method. The four typical personal cloud storage websites( Baidu network disk,Tencent micro cloud,Tianyi network disk,115 network disk) were chosen to carry out an empirical analysis.[Results/Conclusions] The research results showed that indicators that had a greater impact on personal cloud storage websites mainly include storage capacity,usefulness,efficient sharing,and user scale. The largest website impact was Baidu network disk,and the smallest was 115 network disk. Personal cloud storage service providers should pay more attention to improve site storage capacity,usefulness,efficient sharing and user scale in the future.
