北京市居民碳汇林项目融资意愿分析

Study on the Financing Aspiration of Carbon Sequestration Forest Project in Beijing

通过问卷调研的方式获得一手数据,在北京市功能区域划分视角下,分析不同功能区域对碳汇林项目融资意愿的异同,构建logist模型分析影响北京市居民碳汇林项目融资意愿的主要影响因素,得出研究结论:北京市居民对碳汇林认知程度和建设意识较差,对北京市碳汇林项目融资意愿较弱;处于北京市不同功能区域的居民对碳汇林项目的认知和融资意愿存在较大差异;碳汇交易市场发展滞后导致的碳汇林项目盈利性较弱是导致融资意愿低下的根本原因。

The paper analyses the differences in financing aspiration of carbon sequestration forest project in different function areas and sets up a logist model by the data of questionnaire survey to find out the main impacts of financing aspiration of carbon sequestration forest project of residents in Beijing.The conclusions are that the residents in Beijing do not understand carbon sequestration forest project completely,that the financing aspiration of carbon sequestration forest project of residents in Beijing is not strong,that the residents＇ financing aspiration of carbon sequestration forest project of are significantly different in different function areas in Beijing.The main reason which causes the weak financing aspiration is that the carbon sequestration forest project has poor profitability.
