Comparison of the Effects of Different Health Education Methods of Preschool Children's Sleep Knowledge

目的:了解学龄前儿童睡眠知识不同健康宣教方式效果,为选择更好的宣教方式提供依据。方法:采用举办健康讲座、发放宣传资料和知识宣传橱窗三种方式进行儿童睡眠知识宣教,调查儿童家长的参与率、宣教前后的知识正确率,对三种方式结果进行比较。结果:举办健康讲座儿童家长参与率、前后知识正确率分别为94.17%、48.15%、91.36%;发放宣传资料参与率、前后正确率分别为88.51%、51.95%、66.23%;知识宣传橱窗参与率、前后正确率分别为21.43%、44.44%、61.11%。结论:三种宣教方式中举办健康讲座参与率最高、效果最好,发放宣传资料次之,知识宣传橱窗最差。举办健康讲座应作为宣教方式中的最佳选择。

Objective： To know more about the effects of different health education methods on preschool children＇ s sleep knowledge, in order to provide a reference for choosing one methods. Methods ： Propagandizing sleep knowledge by holding health lectures, giving publicity materials and publicizing knowledge windows, and then comparing the participation rate of parents, the correct rate of knowledge before and after among those three methods. Results ： In the health lecture group, the participation rate of parents and the cori＇ect rate of knowledge before and after are 94.17%, 48.15% and 91.36% respectively; The data for publicity materials group are 88.51%, 51.95 %, 66.23% and publicizing knowledge windows group are 21.43%, 44.44%, 61.11%. Conclusions ： Among the three kinds of propaganda, health lectures has the highest participation rate and the best effect, then publicity materials, and the knowledge publicity window is the worst. Thus, holding a health lecture should be the best choice.
