摘要
作为以服务地方经济社会发展为己任的地方高校,急需建立一套有效的激励机制来充分调动科研人员服务地方的积极性。针对地方高校科研激励机制不完善、无分类、不够科学合理等问题,建议采取健全以薪酬为主体的物质激励机制、发挥精神激励的导向作用、完善分类考核体系等对策。
Local universities and colleges taking upon themselves serving local economic and social development are in critical need of an effective incentive mechanism in place to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of their researchers to serve the local regions.In view of the problems of imperfect scientific research incentive mechanisms in local colleges and universities,we suggest adopting a sound material incentive mechanism featuring remuneration,giving play to spiritual inspiration and improving the assessment system.
