摘要 采用多酸H3PW12O40、H3PMO12O40、Si W12O40为催化剂,在水热条件下降解芒草纤维素,以降解液中还原糖的含量为衡量指标,研究催化剂的种类、催化剂的用量、反应时间、反应温度、纤维素的用量对芒草纤维素糖化率的影响。结果表明:降解芒草纤维素的最佳实验条件为:以H3PW12O40为催化剂,反应温度180℃,反应时间2h,纤维素用量0.15g、H3PW12O40用量0.07g,在此条件下,多酸降解芒草纤维素的糖化率为63.35%。 In this paper, the acid H3PW12O40、H3PMO12O40、Si W12O40 were used as catalysts to hydrolysis the Miscanthus cellulose under hydrothemlal conditions, with the T1RS as index.A study to optimize there action conditions, such as the species of catalyst, the amount of catalyst, reaction time, temperature, and the amount of cellulose used, was peffomled. The process conditions of Hydrolysis of Miscanthus cellulose were detemfined as follows : the species of catalyst was H3PW12O40, the amount of catalyst was 0.07g, reaction time was 2h, temperature was 180℃, and the amount of cellulose was 0.15g, and the conversion rate of TRS was 63.35%.
