摘要
通过研究不同施肥处理对采煤塌陷区土壤养分和酶活性的影响,结果表明:采煤塌陷区复垦1年后,不同施肥处理对土壤中的养分含量影响大小顺序:无机肥+有机肥+菌肥>无机肥+有机肥>无机肥>CK;土壤碱性磷酸酶和脲酶活性从高到低的顺序为:无机肥+有机肥+菌肥>无机肥+有机肥>无机肥>CK;土壤碱性磷酸酶和脲酶活性的季节变化规律为,夏季土壤酶活性最高,而冬季土壤酶活性最低。
The study was conducted to detemline the effects of different fertilization treatments on soil nutrient and enzyme activity in coal mining subsidence areas. The results showed that the trend of nutrient content followed the order: inorganic fertilizer+ organic + microbial fertilizer 〉 inorganic fertilizer + organic 〉 inorganic fertilizer 〉 CKin soil after one year of reclamation in coal mining subsidence area. The soil alkaline phosphatase and urease activity from high to lowfollowed the order:inorganic feitilizer+organic + microbial fertilizer 〉 inorganic feitilizer+organic 〉 inorganic fertilizer 〉 CK. The activity of alkaline phosphotase and urease presented significant seasonality, with the highest activityfound during the summer and the lowest activity during the winter time period.
