乌大张城市化、社会经济与生态环境耦合协调发展的研究

A Study on the Coordinated Development of Urbanization,Social Economy and Ecological Environment in Urban-Wu Dazhang

新型城市化进程中,城市化、社会经济与生态环境系统的协调发展是实现区域可持续发展的重要前提和基础。该依据系统耦合协调发展理论,构建了协调发展评价指标体系,并且以张家口、大同、乌兰察布为实证研究对象,对其2003—2016年的耦合协调过程进行了定量分析、评价与综合对比分析,提出了相应的对策建议。

urbanization, hamlonious development of social economy and ecological environment system is the impor tant premise and foundation to realize regional sustainable development in the process of new urban development. The evaluation index system of coordinated development is constructed according to the theory of system coupling and coordinated development. Taking Zhangjiakou, Datong and Wulanchabu as the empirical research objects, the coupling and coordination process between 2003 and 2016 is analyzed quantitatively. Evaluation and comprehensive comparative analysis, and put forward countemleasures and suggestions.
