摘要
在当今市场经济条件下,正确认识并构建和谐的劳资关系具有重要现实意义。本文在梳理相关文献的基础上,首先对劳资关系的内涵进行界定,指出我国当代劳资关系并不必然表现为剥削关系;其次,具体分析了国有企业、私有企业和外资企业三种主要类型企业的劳资关系特点,研究发现各类型企业劳资关系的主体呈现多元化,劳资关系更加复杂,劳资关系更倾向于利益共享。
In today's market economy, it is of great practical significance to correctly understand and build harmonious labor-capital relations. On the basis of combing the related literature, this paper firstly defined the connotation of labor-capital relations, and pointed out that the contemporary labor and capital relations in China didn't necessarily represent the exploitation relationship. Secondly, the paper analyzed the labor-capital characteristics of three main types of enterprises, including state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-invest enterprises. And then, the paper found that the main body of the laborcapital relations was diversified, the labor-capital relations were more complex and more likely to be shared by profit.
