民营企业作为我国企业中非常重要的一部分,为我国经济的发展贡献了不可或缺的力量,同时也是新疆经济发展的中流砥柱。随着"一带一路"倡议的提出,新疆已成为构建"丝绸之路经济带"中的枢纽。在这个背景下,新疆民营企业要抓住这个机遇大力发展。文章通过收集相关资料,首先描述了新疆民营企业的发展现状,随后分析了其中民营企业所面临的问题,最后针对性地提出了相关建议。

As very important part of China's enterprises, private enterprises has contributed to the economic development of China's indispensable strength, but also the mainstay of economic development in Xin Jiang. With the strategic concept — "Belt and Road Initiative " putting forward, Xin Jiang has become the construction of " Silk Road Economic Belt " hub. In this context, it is necessary for Xin Jiang private enterprises to seize this opportunity to develop vigorously. Through collecting relevant information, this paper first describes the development status of private enterprises in Xin Jiang, and then analyzes the problems faced by private enterprises, and finally puts forward relevant suggestions.
