摘要
针对祖塔碳酸锰矿焙烧工艺中存在的矿焦配比和布料方式的具体问题 ,根据矿石特征 ,分析烧结矿的锰含量和在实验条件下锰矿石粒度与分解温度的关系 ;再结合圆窑的特点 ,测定不同焦配比条件下窑内温度分布规律和矿焦混装、层装条件下窑内气流分布规律。研究和试验表明 :矿焦配比为 6 6 6 %时 ,矿焦混装条件下 ,锰烧结矿最好 ,成本最省 ,经济效益最佳。
This paper studies the coke ratio in baking Mn carbonate and analyses the relation between Mn content, its size and the temperature. Based on the characters of the round Kiln, we determined the distributing rule for temperature and air flow. The results show that when the coke ratio is 6.66%, the best sintered Mn is obtained with the lowest cost.
