摘要
目的:应用三维超声自由解剖切面(Omni View)联合容积对比成像(volume contrast imaging,VCI)技术,对后颅窝池中孕期20~24wk正常,晚孕期28~32wk增宽胎儿小脑蚓部的测量评估。方法:在2016-04~2017-06来我院进行产前三级筛查20~24wk均正常的孕妇1100例中,根据二级筛查28~32wk后颅窝池的正常与否,设为观察组和对照组。对比分析两组胎儿小脑蚓部面积。结果:比较两组孕妇的年龄、孕周及二级筛查时小脑蚓部面积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中孕期后颅窝池正常,晚孕期后颅窝池虽然增宽,若前后径小于13 mm,小脑蚓部面积也会正常。
Objective:With Three-dimensional OmniVicw combining with volume contrast imaging (VCI) to evaluate posterior fossa pool which is normal in second trimester,but broadening in third trimester.Methods: 1100 normal pregnant women in prenatal tertiary screening(20 to 24 weeks)From A- pril 2016 to June 2017 in Inner Mongolia people' s hospital.Divided patients into observation group and control group accoMing to the posterior fossa pool is normal or not in secondary, screening (28- 32 weeks), and fetal cembellar vermis area were compared and analyzed. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in agc,gestational weeks and cemhellar vermis between two gmups(P 〉0.05) .Conclusion:While the posterior fossa pool is normal in second trimester and broadening,hut smaller than 13 mm in thiM trimester, the cerehellar vermis is normal.
