内蒙古地区蒙古族病人LASIK与SBK术后干眼的对比分析

THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF DRY EYE SYNDROME OF LASIK AND SBK OF MONGOLIAN PATIENTS IN INNER MONGOLIA

目的:比较内蒙古地区蒙古族病人飞秒激光准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)与前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术(Sub-Bownom-keratomileusis,SBK)术后干眼变化。方法:回顾性分析2015-09~2016-09来眼科近视眼中心行近视手术的蒙古族病人(三代以内均为蒙古族)120例。其LASIK组60例,SBK组60例,分别观察两组术前及术后1wk、1mo、3mo、6mo的角膜荧光素染色(fluorescence staining,FL)、泪膜破裂时间(tear break-up time,BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SchirmerⅠtest,SⅠt)的变化。结果:术后1wk、1mo LASIK组与SBK组的FL角膜荧光素染色(fluorescence staining,FL)均会出现角膜上皮点状染色,LASIK组角膜染色眼数较多;统计结果为差异有统计学意义,术后3mo、6mo时两组角膜染色眼数所占的比例差异无统计学意义。两组病人在BUT术后1wk、1mo和3mo两组数据相比,差异有统计学意义,LASIK组泪膜破裂时间更短,相对比之下SBK组术后恢复更快。而术后6mo两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组病人SⅠt试验结果显示术后1wk、1mo和3mo两组数据相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SBK组泪液分泌功能恢复较快;而在术后6mo的时候,两组数据相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:内蒙古地区蒙古族病人SBK与LASIK术后均会引起不同程度干眼症状,SBK术后病人干眼的恢复要比LASIK的快。

Objective： To eompare the changes of dry eye after lasefinsitukemtomileusis, LASIK arid Suh-Bowman-Keratomileusis, SBK for Mongolian patients in Inner Mongolia.Methods ： Retrospective analysis from September 2015 to September 2016, them were 120 Monga]ian patients （ in fllme gen- erations are all Mongolians）come to our ophthahnology deparmcnl to have myopia operation.Them am 60 patients in group LASIK, and 60 patients in group SBK.And obser,,e the changes before opt, ration and the ehanges that happened in fluomseenee staining FL, tear break-up time BUT and Sehirmer I test SIT after the operation for one week, one month,three months and six months;Results：After the operation for one week and one month, we ear, see the dot dyeing of eomeal epithclium of the FL of both group LASIK and group SBK, and the number of eomeal staining in group LASIK was more statistieal msuhs were of statistieally signifieanee,and the proportion of the number of corneal staining eyes of two groups in the three months and six months ,＇ffter operation was not statistically significant.In the two groups, the diffrenee was statistieally signifieant Between the two groups in the one week, one month and three months after the BUT operation.And LASIK group has a shorter breakup time of tear fihn, and the SBK group enjoys a shorter recovery time.llowever,them wa.~ no signifieant diffmxmce between the two groups in the six months after operation.＇llle SIT experiment msuhs ^-）f the patients in two groups shows that,the comparative diffmxmee of the two groups in the one week and throe months after opera tion was of statistically significant.And the SBK group has a shorter recovery time of tear secretion function;while the data in the six months after operation was not statistically significant. Conclusion：The Mongolian patients in Inner Mongolian are all tend to cause dry eye syndrome with diffmxmt leves after the SBK operation and LASIK operation.And compare to those patients who accepted LASIK operation, those patients who accepted SBK operation enjoys a shorter meoveU time.
