摘要
SPECT问世以来,只能进行半定量分析,但随着SPECT/CT、图像重建算法、全物理补偿技术用于光子衰减和散射等技术的出现,目前SPECT已开展类似与PET的定量方法(即kBq·cm^(-3))。心肌灌注显像是评价心肌缺血及心肌梗死的常用检查,SPECT定量技术的出现,使心肌灌注显像对冠心病诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确性都得到提高,并对心肌血流储备进行定量分析。
Since the advent of SPECT,only half quantitative analysis,but with SPECT / CT,imagereconstruction algorithm,full physical compensation technology for the emergence of attenuation andscattering photon technology,have introduced similar to PET the SPECT of quantitative methods(i.e.,kBq , cm-3). Myocardial perfusion imaging is myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction,commonly used to examine the evaluation,the emergence of SPECT quantitative technology,making thediagnosis of myocardial perfusion imaging for coronary heart disease in the sensitivity,specificity andaccuracy are improved,and carries on the quantitative analysis of myocardial blood flow reserve.
