摘要
深入粉罐半挂车流化床理论,基于欧拉双流体模型计算流体力学对卧式粉罐半挂车卸料过程流化床的特性进行了数值模拟,并进行了相关卸料试验。结果表明:卧式粉罐半挂车的流化床流动性能良好,理想流化床为临界流化床;卧式粉罐半挂车的流化床属聚式流态化,气固速度流场的非稳定性导致了出料口气体、颗粒速度的非匀速化。
?Researching powder tanker semi-trailer fluidized bed theory, the computational fluid dynamics based on eulerian two-fluid model of horizontal bulk powder tanker semi-trailer discharging process characteristics of the fluidized bed are simulated, and the relevant discharge test. The results show that the fluidized bed has good flow performance and the ideal fluidized bed is the critical fluidized bed. The fluidized bed of horizontal bulk powder tanker semi - trailer belongs to the polytype fluidization, and the non-stability of the gas solid velocity flow field results in the non-uniform velocity of the gas and solid particle velocity.
