摘要 针对功放输出中的谐波问题,介绍了一种采用谐波抑制技术的S波段GaN功放。通过对谐波抑制技术原理进行分析,确定整体结构方案及大致电路原理图。设计中采用ADS软件进行仿真优化设计,通过负载牵引法求解出负载阻抗线并选取合适的特性阻抗点。采用谐波抑制技术进行输入输出阻抗匹配,对电路版图进行电磁仿真并对整版进行联合仿真及整体优化,以减小误差。经实际加工验证,功放具备优异的谐波抑制特性,具有较强的可移植性及一定的市场应用价值。 An S-band GaN power amplifier using harmonic suppression technology is introduced to solve the problem of harmonic in output of amplifier. The overall structure and the circuit schematic are roughly determined by analyzing the principle of harmonic suppression.The load impedance point is calculated by load-pull method.And an appropriate characteristic impedance point is selected using the ADS software to simulate and optimize in the design. Harmonic suppression technology is adopted to match input and output impedance.Then circuit layout simulation is done and integrated simulation and optimization for all the circuit is performed to reduce deviations.The actual processing has verified that the amplifier could provide excellent harmonic suppression characteristics,strong portability and a certain degree of application value for market.
