白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯检测方法的优化 被引量:3

摘要 本实验利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS),采用特征选择离子监测扫描模式(SIM),以碎片的丰度比定性,标准样品定量离子内标法定量,并对国标GB 5009.271—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》中内标法的前处理方法进行比对,最终选择适合的前处理方法,对白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯含量进行检测。本实验选择DBP、DEHP等16种邻苯二甲酸酯进行分析研究,简化后的检测方法的回收率在81.75%~118.55%之间,精密度在0.53%~3.84%之间。在0.0~2.0μg/mL浓度范围内,标准曲线线性良好,各相关系数r均在0.9990以上。本实验的方法具有良好的重复性、回收率,且操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,适用于白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的分析,为白酒塑化剂的检测提供了简便方法,对白酒行业健康发展及维护白酒食品的安全具有一定的促进作用。 In the experiments, SIM was adopted and GC-MS was applied to detect phthalate content in Baijiu, with qualitative analysis by abundance ratio of fragments, quantitative analysis by ion internal standard method, and the selection of proper pretreatment method(based on GB 5009.271-2016). 16 kinds of phthalate including DBP and DEHP were detected, their recovery rates ranged between 81.75 % and 118.55 %, and their precisions were within 0.53 % to 3.84 %. Within the range of 0.0 μ g/m L to 2.0 μ g/m L, the standard curves had good linear relationship, and each relative coefficient r was above 0.9990. The detection method had the advantages including good repeatability and good recovery, simple and rapid operation, and high sensitivity. It could be used to analyze phthalate compounds in Baijiu and it played a positive role in advancing health development of Baijiu industry and safeguarding Baijiu safety.(Trans. by YUE Yang)
