摘要
目的分析ICU多重耐药菌(MDRO)综合防控措施及其临床效果。方法选取2016年9月~2017年9月期间ICU开始实施综合防控措施后收治的80例患者作为研究组,2015年9月~2016年8月期间ICU未实施综合防控措施前收治的80例患者作为对照组,对比实施多重耐药菌综合防控措施前后MDRO感染种类、感染率以及患者ICU住院时间等情况。结果 ICU病房实施多重耐药菌综合防控措施后,大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌及其他等MDRO感染率(2.5%)显著低于实施前(8.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者ICU住院时间(10.9±2.2)d,明显短于对照组的(19.9±3.1)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU病房实施综合防控措施可有效降低多重耐药菌感染率,缩短患者ICU住院时间。
Objective To analyzed ICU multi-drug resistant bacteria (MDRO) comprehensive prevention and control measures and clinical effects. Methods Eighty patients who were admitted to ICU in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 after the implementation of comprehensive prevention and control measures were selected as the research group and the ICU patients were enrolled before the implementation of the comprehensive prevention and control measures from September 2015 to August 2016 80 patients as a control group, comparing the implementation of multi-drug resistant bacteria before and after the comprehensive prevention and control of MDRO infection types, infection rates and patient ICU length of stay and so on. Results MDRO infection rate (2.5%) such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae and others bacteria in ICU wards was significantly lower than that of MDRO Before implementation (8.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05). The ICU stay in hospital was 10.9 ± 2.2 days, which was significantly shorter than that in control group (19.9 ± 3.1) days, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion ICU ward to implement a comprehensive prevention and control measures can effectively reduce the rate of multiple drug-resistant bacteria, shorten the length of stay in ICU patients, it is worth to promote the clinical application.
