利培酮长效针剂对肇事肇祸精神分裂症患者疗效的研究

Effects of long-acting injectable risperidone on schizophrenia with troublemaking

目的探讨利培酮长效针剂对肇事肇祸精神分裂症患者的有效性及不良反应。方法对符合ICD-10诊断的43例肇事肇祸精神分裂症患者及43例普通精神分裂症患者进行病例对照研究。在采用利培酮治疗3个月末采用精神病量表(BPRS)和不良反应症状量表(TESS)进行疗效和不良反应评估。结果两组除敌对猜疑因子治疗前得分有明显差异外(P<0.05),两组治疗前或治疗3个月后组间总分及其它各因子评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组内治疗前后相比,两组各自的总分及各因子得分差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组组间的不良反应得分及分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利培酮长效针剂对肇事肇祸精神分裂症患者疗效显著,不良反应较少。

Objective To evaluate the effect and the drug adverse reaction of long-acting injectable risperidone on schizophrenia with troublemaking.Methods 43 patients of schizophrenia with troublemaking diagnosised by ICD-10 criteria and 43 schizophrenia without trouble making were involved in the study. All patients were assessed with brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （ TESS ） to evaluate the efficacy and safety respectively after 3 month of the treatment. Results The scores of hostile suspicion factor in the two groups were significantly different before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）. There were no significant differences between the two groups before or after treatment in the total score and other factor scores （P 〉0.05）. The patients in their own group were significantly different in the total score and each factor score between before and after treatment （P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in frequency and score of side effects between the two group （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Long-acting injectable risperidone is good for the patients on schizophrenia with troublemaking with less side effect.
