摘要 【目的】结合实际应用情况,把锥面密封和O型圈密封考虑进来,设计了一种新型连接装置。【方法】运用ansys软件对该连接装置主要零部件进行结构分析,并通过打压试验,验证了该连接装置密封方式的可靠性。【结果与结论】该连接装置利用驱动架的弹性补偿克服了卡爪夹紧力不均匀的问题,同时利用卡爪与驱动块之间的自锁结构实现了连接装置在工作状态下的自锁,具有结构简单、安装便捷、密封可靠、耐压能力强、工作稳定、应用价值高等特点。 【Purpose】Combining with the actual application, taking the cone seal and O-ring seal into account, a new type of connection device has been designed.【Methods】The ansys software is used to analyze the main parts of the connection device. Through the pressure experiments, the reliability of the sealing form for the connection device is verified. 【Results and Conclusions】The elastic compensation of the drive frame of the connection device overcomes the problem of uneven collet clamping force. The self-lock structure between the collet and the drive block realizes the self-lock of the connection device under working condition. This connection device has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation, reliable sealing, strong pressure resistance, stable work and high application value.
