摘要 蓄热式氧化炉(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer,简称RTO)是一种高效可靠的工业挥发性有机废气(VOCs)治理设备。本文以30000Nm^3/h风量RTO为研究对象,分别从先进性、可靠性、达标性、节能性、经济性、实用性等6个方面对三代RTO性能进行了研究对比。结果表明,第三代技术的旋转式RTO比床式RT0在各方面的性能均得到质的提高。 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) is an efficient and reliable equipment for the treatment of industrial volatile organic waste gas (VOCs). This paper takes the RTO of 30000Nm^3/h air flow as the research object, studies and compares the performance of the third generations RTO from six aspects of advanced nature, reliability, standard, energy saving, economy and practicability. The results show that the rotary RTO of the third generation technology is better than the bed RTO in all aspects.
