摘要
1140V AC逆变器/变频器广泛应用于轨道交通牵引、地铁馈能、中压变频等行业,近年来随着"更高功率密度,更低系统成本"的发展需求,基于1700V EconoDUAL.封装模的NPC I型三电平方案开始广泛应用起来。相比较传统的两电平拓扑,NPC I型三电平系统更为复杂,主要存在IGBT内外管关断错误时序和内管关断尖峰过高的问题,给IGBT的驱动技术带来巨大的挑战。本文重点阐述NPC I型三电平拓扑上述问题的机理,并基于Firstack新一代数字IGBT驱动器,给出了智能的解决方案:三电平模式、分级关断,大大提高基于1700V EconoDUAL.封装模NPC I型三电平中压逆变系统的可靠性。
l140V AC inverter/frequency converter is widely used in rail transit traction, metro energy feeding, medium voltage frequency conversion and other industries. In recent years, with the development demand of "higher power density, lower system cost", based on 1700V EconoDUALTM NPC Ⅰ-type three-level solutions for packaged modules are beginning to be widely used. Compared with the traditional two-level topology, the NPC Ⅰ-type three-level system is more complicated, mainly has the problem that the IGBT internal and external tube turn-off error timing and the inner tube turn-off spike are too high, which brings huge challenges to the IGBT drive technology.. This paper focuses on the mechanism of the above problems in the NPC I type three-level topology, and based on Firstack's new generation of digital IGBT drivers, gives an intelligent solution: three-level mode, hierarchical shutdown, greatly improved NPC based on 1700V EconoDUALTM package mode Reliability of Type Ⅰ three-level medium voltage inverter system.
