摘要 从现场生产和对生产数据的统计分析,查找出精炼炉精炼电耗高的因素。降低精炼炉电耗要考虑精炼时间、等待时间、钢水进站温度、操作水平及钢包保温性能等因素。主要通过控制出钢温度、精炼、生产操作等环节来降低精炼炉电耗。主要采取的工艺如下:(1)适当提高并稳定电炉的出钢温度,在加强管理的同时,各钢种平均过热度同期降低约2℃;(2)做好钢包保温材料、加强保温效果;(3)提高工人的操作水平,制定严谨的工艺制度,强化技术人员跟踪管理,还有要完善考核制度。采取上述措施后最终精炼炉电耗降低30k W·h/t。 From the analysis of field production and statistics of production data,find out high electricity consumption's factors of refining in refining furnaces. It should be considered refining time,waiting time,inlet temperature of molten steel,operation level and ladle insulation performance etc. to reduce the electricity consumption of refining furnace. This paper mainly reduces the electricity consumption of refining furnace by controlling the tapping temperature,refining and production operations. The main processes are as follows:(1) it should be properly raised and stabilized the tapping temperature of the electric furnace,and in strengthening management at the same time,the average superheat of the steels should be reduced by about 2 ℃;(2) it should be made ladle insulation materials and enhanced the insulation effect;(3) it should improved the level of workers' workmanship,established a rigorous process system,strengthened the tracking of technical personnel management,as well as improved the assessment system. After taking the above measures,eventually the electricity consumption of refining furnace can be reduced by 30 k Wh/t.
