摘要
通过蒸汽锅炉质量平衡方程和能量平衡方程,求解蒸汽锅炉总供汽量。讨论连续排污率不同时、凝结水回收率不同时、凝结水温度不同时及蒸汽锅炉系统组成不同时,管道热损失及锅炉房自用热系数的变化规律。研究表明:在设计蒸汽锅炉系统时,若系统只设置排污扩容器、除氧器和排污冷却器,无凝结水回收,锅炉的装机容量应在所需用汽量的基础上,乘以1.21~1.24的管道热损失及锅炉房自用热系数。否则,会导致装机容量偏小,不能满足日常需要。若蒸汽锅炉系统回收凝结水,则管道热损失及锅炉房自用热系数可适当偏小,在1.1~1.15即可。
This article use the mass and the energy balance equation to caculate the total gas supply of the steam boiler. This article discussed the change of pipeline heat loss and boiler room self-heating coefficient in the condition: different rate of continuous sewage,different recovery rate of condensation water,different temperature of condensation water and different composition of the steam boiler system. The results show that the install capacity of the boiler should multiply by 1.21 to 1.24 of the pipeline heat loss and boiler room self-heating coefficient,when the steam boiler system consists of only the pollutant expansive container,the deaerator,the sewage cooler and non-condensation water recovery.Otherwise,the installed capacity of the boiler will be too small to meet the daily needs. The pipeline heat loss and boiler room self-heating coefficient will be reduced to the range of 1.1 to 1.15,when the steam boiler system recycle condensation water.
