曲安奈德复合利多卡因、维生素B12局部注射在肩周炎治疗中的临床疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的：在肩周炎治疗中采用曲安奈德复合利多卡因、维生素B12局部注射治疗,观察临床疗效.方法：共计选取54例患者入组,疾病类型是肩周炎,选取时间2016年12月-2017年11月.54例患者分组方法是随机数字表法,分为观察组（27例;曲安奈德复合利多卡因、维生素B12局部注射）和对照组（27例;塞来昔布片治疗）.结果：观察组患者临床总有效率、VAS评分均明显更高,对比对照组患者,差异较为明显（P〈0.05）.结论：在肩周炎治疗中采用曲安奈德复合利多卡因、维生素B12局部注射,临床疗效理想.
