摘要
加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAS）是围手术期采取的基于循证医学的优化措施，以减轻患者应激反应、加速术后康复，减少并发症并降低住院时间和经济成本，改善患者就医体验和生活质量为目的。将ERAS理念引入耳鼻咽喉头颈外科有助于推动临床诊疗模式的优化。本文就ERAS理念及其在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中的应用情况做一综述。
Enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） programs represent a series of optimized and evidence-based perioperative treatment aimed at reducing the stress reaction, complication incidence, hospital stay and hospitalization expenses. The treatment also aimed at improvement of hospital experience and life quality. The adaption of ERAS protocols in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery may optimize the clinical diagnosis and treatment model. In this review, we focus on the application of ERAS protocols in this field.
